Phantom Hourglass DS:
I am a bit of a vidiot. I’ve been playing less and less lately as Nikki and I try to watch TV together to spend our wind down time together… For this reason hand held games/systems have been great for me because they are generally easier to pick up and play, they cost less, and I can play them on the couch while Nikki watches whatever she wants… I have a DS lite and a Gameboy Micro that I pick up and play some of my older favorite games on every once in a while… But this week Nintendo released a new Zelda game specifically designed for the DS (all the other Zelda/Mario games I have for it are NES/SNES games except NSMB). It’s called phantom hourglass and I’m having a great time playing through it. It uses the touch screen to control Link which is a bit odd at first, but it’s a ton of fun, and very well put together. LttP is still my favorite to day, but this might be a worthy contender.
