Sachuest Bird Sanctuary

Went out shooting again this morning.  It’s becoming a habit and I’m loving it.  Yes I normally suck at getting up, but it seems for ski trips and shooting I can do it.  It’s honestly harder for shooting as I’m then up for the rest of the day (I got home at 8am and rolled right into taking care of Elias and working on the patio while Nikki went running).  But it’s been a lot of fun and I’m getting some shots I’m happy with.  I’m also finding some great locations all over RI that’s making me miss the mountain less.  This morning was the bird sanctuary at the end of second beach in Middletown.  It was nice and quiet this morning.  I saw either the deer below twice or 2 deer.  I also almost stepped on a bunny (I guess he thought he was REALLY well hidden!).  The weather played nice and it was a good sunrise as well.  I went for a nice walk around the loop after the sun was up as well.
