I’ve been attempting PADs (photo a day) since 2006. Each year something comes up, I’d miss a day, then once the continuity is broken it’s very hard to get it going again. In 2008 my son Elias was born. Knowing this, I started a PAD hoping I could make it the 2 months before his birth and then keep it up using images of Elias once he arrived. I made it and I’ve taken a photo a day, every day, since January first 2008. As I type this I’ve got one year 100% complete with 287 image of Elias of a possible 305. For 2009 I’ve maintained the project and have only only 13 images (so far) that are not of Elias. It’s been a lot of fun and I’m planning on continuing the project for quite a long time.
